  • 烟熏三文鱼，青柠粉，番茄塔塔，朝鲜蓟，酸甜菜根
  • 绿色凉菜汤，黄瓜，西葫芦，菠菜，蔬菜梅利梅洛

  • 黄色家禽，烤西葫芦，彩色胡萝卜，柠檬罗勒酱
  • 鲷鱼片，奶油斯佩尔特小麦配豌豆，龙蒿贝类酱，我们果园里的蔬菜
  • 牛肉片，烤西葫芦，小脾脏，南方调料（+7欧元）
