Our kind was knowledgable and approachable! My only critics was having to stand outside in the cold waiting for various people who hadn’t turned up by the time the tour was due to start (i.e. 15 minutes after we were asked to be there!). I did ask if we could wait inside but was told it wasn’t possible as we were on a group ticket (your info needs to be amended to reflect this!)

Our guide, Sylvanie (sp?), was exceptional. I was 15 minutes late (took the wrong metro!) and so worried but the company saved the day! They called me 5 minutes before the meet up time to see if I was coming. When I said I would be late, Sylvanie left my name at the entrance. There was no guarantee they would let me in. Groups enter on a single pass, and you can be out of luck if you miss your group. And the tour respects the group and people that show up on time! Long story long, I was 15 minutes late, a kind guard let me in, and I caught up to Sylvanie. She was wonderful. 90 minutes flew by. Worth the money.
