Claire was an excellent tour guide. Kept us running on time and gave an overall very informative perspective on the artworks all while shepherding all of us from room to crowded room in the museum. Would definitely book again if given the chance!

Excellent group tour, simple entry and just the right length to cover key pieces and the history of the museum.

Because of the museum’s employees, who drove me into the museum and right at the queue even though I showed them my reservation ticket and they should let me know about groups, I lost the chance of having a guided tour. When the guide called me my secretary informed me, so I called right after but his phone was turned off. I kept calling but he was unavailable, probably because the tour has already began. I wish this happens to nobody else because we lost both our money and the guided tour.
