I was very happy and satisfied with my visit to the Museum and Stadium. However, I want to make a big caveat: it wasn't at the expense of your service or your website. I booked the tour for Saturday, and when I got there, I was informed that the tour wasn't available in English and there were no more time slots available. There was only one in French.
However, I want to thank all the staff at the Sports Museum who recognized the situation and managed to schedule me a virtually private tour the next day, especially Ms. Helena, who led the entire stadium tour with me.
I think your platform's communication with the venue needs improvement. You need to get the schedules right and let your customers know!
But in the end, everything worked out, and I was able to visit both venues, but on two different days.
