安达卢西亚马如何跳舞》是一部马术芭蕾舞剧，配有西班牙古典音乐和18世纪的服装。该节目是根据古典盛装舞步、Doma Vaquera（乡村风格的骑术）和传统马术杂务的动作来编排的。每个节目由六到八个不同的舞蹈组成。
Doma Vaquera展示的是基于传统牧牛的西班牙骑术学科。骑士只用一只手骑着马绕场一周，先是小跑，后来是飞奔。改变节奏，然后进行回旋和arreones（闯入奔跑）。
在古典盛装舞步中，马匹在竞技场上表演时伴随着古典音乐进行高级马术练习。
在马车驾驶部分，马匹和马车夫展示了使马车良好运行所需的灵活性。而 "手工作业 "部分则展示了马和人之间不需要有身体上的联系就可以进行练习的事实。观看经典的Haute École盛装舞步练习，如levades、caprioles、courbettes、piaffe（在柱子之间）、西班牙式步行和长缰绳的表演。
最后，在旋转木马中，一群马匹和骑手齐心协力地进行高级马术练习，为表演画上一个完美的句号。

This is more than a horse show. The introductory film is informative and beautifully shot. The grounds are well kept and colourful. There is plenty to enjoy apart from the show which does, of course, show off the skills of the horses and their riders/handlers.
