Poor information provided on actual locations of stops. Online ‘chatbot’ was useless and no help whatsoever. On onboard commentary was absolutely useless. Cellar tour was the worst I have ever been on

In my opinion, the instructions lack clear information that the first thing you should do before boarding the bus or going to the cruise is visiting the ticket office (location 2). There, you will receive proper instructions and physical tickets necessary for all attractions.

We did'nt actually use the Yellow Bus as the 2 days we booked for it was not running but the company allowed an exchange of the hop on ho off bus with Gray Line but we had the attend the main office in order to exchange the ticket. Once that was done it was fine and we were able to use the Grayline bus with no issues. The river cruise was lovely and really worth doing. We were told that we would have to call the wine cellar to book a specific time as there was no facility to book online, as a result we did not tour the wine cellar. It would have made more sense to have an online booking facility for that part of the ticket.
