We were expecting something else...there is nothing wow about this show...it is not a theatre, it is a stage play with a few songs selected to cheer the audience up. A more significant detail that needs to be improved is the air /scent....being a very small room, you could feel the unpleasant sweat scent...

Having been captivated by their YouTube video showcasing their award win at the international festival in India back in February 2025, I was determined to experience "HILT black light theatre" firsthand. Choosing to see it in Prague, in a small, intimate theatre hall, proved to be a brilliant decision. The experience was profoundly different from what I imagine it would be in a grand venue – much more personal, interactive, and modern. It felt like a truly unique performance. The fact that this underground hall was originally built in the 15th century added an extra layer of excitement and historical richness to the evening. Inspired by the experience, I also spent the day exploring other underground spaces along the same street, each whispering tales of Prague's long and fascinating past.

Experiencing Czech black light theatre twice in 2023 offered a fascinating contrast. Seeing the show at the Teatro Nacional in Guatemala, a massive venue filled with 2,000 people, was undoubtedly amazing, a testament to the spectacle and artistry of the performance, even from the last row. However, witnessing the HILT black light theatre in Prague within a smaller, more intimate setting was an entirely different experience. The proximity to the performers fostered a personal and interactive connection, creating a modern and engaging atmosphere that the larger venue couldn't replicate. The actors' dedication to not only performing but also directly interacting with the audience was truly remarkable. The only downside in Prague was the inconsiderate behavior of some audience members, which unfortunately detracted from the enjoyment of those fully immersed in the show.
