Only two stars to give and these are because the check in was exactly as described. The missing stars are because the guide herself was not at all very good or very customer focused. She didn’t introduce herself, she issued us all radios to listen to her on but never checked them and then she proceeded to give the tour via the use of prerecorded messages instead of from any knowledge that she may possess. She was informed that we couldn’t hear her but she then complained that she had too many buttons to press to switch between the recorded messages and her speaking. She also had to keep checking her phone as she was unaware of the numbering of the prerecorded messages. I genuinely hope she was having a bad day because otherwise a lot of other people are in for a pretty naff experience. I will be asking for a partial refund from Tiqets.
