It was easy to book the tickets for our tour. Showed them on my phone to the lady in the ticket office of the church and all was well.

The man who scanned the ticket was the rudest person I have ever encountered in 25 visits to florence. Will never use your service again.

Très bien, il faut simplement aller échanger son voucher contre un billet du côté oppposé à l’entrée
