Better to take Vatican tour separately from San Giovanni and catacombs, because you wont get time to visit everything in one day. However, in infopoint office officers kindly rescheduled Vatican visit for us for next day day, because we got there very late on indicated day.

Bear in mind however that you need to get transport to:from the catacombs …

Awful, no Info about anything, contact support were useless and just repeated what was on the info which was just the terms and conditions and we did not receive any email to get into the Vatican...
Awful, no Info about anything, contact support were useless and just repeated what was on the info which was just the terms and conditions and we did not receive any email to get into the Vatican so missed our time slot so waisted our money, would not recommend!
