and Most Innovative Venue awards

Museums and attractions have had to be more creative than ever to provide exceptional experiences to customers. That’s why our annual tourism awards series, the Remarkable Venue Awards, is shining a spotlight on venues that are moving the industry forward.

This year Tiqets has introduced two new tourism awards where museums and attractions are invited to submit an application to win an award. These two awards categories are Best Hidden Gem and Most Innovative Venue. The winners of our application-based awards will be chosen by a panel of expert judges in each region and they will also be evaluated by our global judging partner. Ready to meet the judges?

Apply to win a Remarkable Venue Award

This year, Tiqets has introduced two new tourism awards where museums and attractions are invited to submit an application to win the award. These two awards categories are Best Hidden Gem and Most Innovative.

If you win one of our application-based awards, you’ll receive a Tiqets marketing package valued at €5,000 which includes promotion across the product and channels such as social media, email, blog and more.

Best Hidden Gem

 A hidden gem refers to something which is outstanding, unique or special. This award category is focused on highlighting lesser-known or more niche attractions to travellers the world over.

Most Innovative Venue

This year’s Most Innovative award is about spotlighting the venues that found new and original ways to appeal to customers within the new COVID-19 regulations.

There will be a winner for each award in each country recognized in the awards: the UK & Ireland, the US, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and France. Each winner will receive a marketing package from Tiqets valued at €5,000. Applications must be sent before November 20, 2020, 17:00. Netherlands (GMT+1) to be considered.

The selection for the five other tourism awards is based on customer reviews on, these awards do not require an application.
