Despite operating in China for several years, translating their website, creating Chinese social media profiles and hiring a Chinese Content Manager, it made little impact on sales. With Tiqets, Casa Batlló can now offer the Booking Engine – giving the ability to take bookings in many languages, including Chinese, and accept international payment currencies and methods. Tiqets also helps Casa Batlló sell tickets on WeChat, the most used app in China with over 1.1 billion users, through their own mini-program page and unique QR code.
