the organization is deplorable. 1-the distribution of participants at the start is very poorly done, the person only has their smartphone to announce the names. Result we don't know which bus to get on, I got angry to end up finding the bus!!! 2-after Herculaneum we were made to return to Pompei to change buses to return to Naples. Result: one hour lost. In addition, the staff is unpleasant and absolutely not understanding. 3- the visit to Herculaneum had to be done in French. we only had an audio guide to download to our smartphone. the translation is VERY bad (like Googlet translation with robot voice) and in addition the sequence numbers do not correspond with those displayed on the locations to visit.
I am unhappy with this service which is expensive and poorly organized. This poor organization leads to delays while you are very demanding of tourists. Indeed for the visit to Pompeii on April 29, we had notified by telephone of our delay and despite this we had to pay an additional €20 to join another group!!

Très bien organisé sur les prises en charge nous avions pris le Vésuve et herculanum. Un peu court pour la visite d’ herculanum , 1h de plus serait parfait

Excellente, je suis venue seule, il y avait une famille en plis. Très bonne ambiance. Très rigolo et super pédagogue!! J'ai vraiment adorer
