It was so great! I went by myself (21 year old) and it was so peaceful and gorgeous, and the lady that checked me in was so helpful and sweet. It was overall an amazing afternoon there!

Flamingo Gardens grundades 1927 som en ren citrusfruktträdgård och är nu hem för över 3000 arter av växter och en viltreservat. Trädgårdarna ligger strax väster om Fort Lauderdale i södra Florida och omger det historiska Wray-familjhemmet, som nu är ett museum som är öppet för allmänheten. Över 24 hektar (60 hektar) mark kan besökare utforska tropisk regnskog och våtmarker, stå i vördnad för Floridas största träd och naturligtvis njuta av flamingos sällskap.
