What a fantastic experience - I’d give ten stars if I could. Fredrico and Stefano are a terrific team! We made pasta dough and used it to make ravioli and fettuccine. We watched as Fredrico showed us how to make carbonara and tomato sauces - the whole place smelled like heaven. While waiting for the dough to rest, we made a chocolate gelato base that our hosts put into the gelato machine to work magic while we ate an incredible meal. I highly, highly recommend this experience. As a bonus, the market (Mercato) is one block away - amazing place to shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, foodie souvenirs, or to have a meal.
