I arrived 30 minutes early and was pleasantly surprised to be prepped and ready to fly within five minutes. The staff were professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
My pilot was not only skilled but also very engaging. He pointed out several iconic landmarks across Palm Jumeirah, adding a personal touch to the flight. The takeoff was smooth, the mid-air ride was thrilling, and the landing was flawless.
