I arrived 15 minutes early, I showed an usher my ticket on my phone, she sent me past the ticket booth line, we waited in line till we got to the cable car, of course our ticket didn't work so...
I arrived 15 minutes early, I showed an usher my ticket on my phone, she sent me past the ticket booth line, we waited in line till we got to the cable car, of course our ticket didn't work so they sent us out the exit back down to the ticket office, where we still haven't seen this yellow umbrella. By this time we have missed the tour and had to pay to buy tickets for the cablecar and get back in line to go to the top again. Probably wasted a good 45 minutes unnecessarily and lost out on $50. When we came down later we still never saw the mysterious yellow umbrella where we were supposed to meet initially.
