1時間３０分と書いてあったのに、時間が大幅に延長して2時間３０分くらいかかり、最後のクライマックスを観れずに帰られた方がいてかわいそうでした。途中飽きてきた感もあり

This was a terrible tour right from the start. We arrived 10 minutes early to meet our guide who was supposed to have a red flag. There was a guide, amongst all the other guides, carrying a blue flag with not many people around him. We approached him after 5 minutes of waiting and he explained that we were on his list. Unfortunately, there were many others who did not find our guide within time and as a result we waited an extra 15 minutes until getting through the gate. So the tour actually started about 20 minutes late. The guide stopped at inappropriate places to explain things and rather than presenting us with information, he persisted in asking if any of us on the tour knew about this and that. The worst was we then had to wait 35 minutes in line to see the main attraction. That is OK, but the guide stopped us short of the line up to explain the significance the attraction. Why the hell would he not have got us in the line and then explain it as we were waiting? More time wasted. Overall a bad experience and I would like a refund as we simply didn't get sufficient time to see everything there. Also, the ticket was a group ticket so if we had have left for a snack or the like, we would not have been able to get back in. Can I get a refund?
