Bus was over 45 minutes late. There was no communication about getting to Butterfly resort. We had to ask and was told we would need a further bus. We were however given complimentary tickets. Certainly not value for money.

We waited 35 minutes in the burning sun, only to hear that the bus wasn't driving due to something they didn't/couldn't tell. 🙈🥵
