Hi, on 12/04/2024, we bought tickets to the Eiffel Tower for 19:30, but we didn't know that we had to go to the tourist office to get the tickets. When we arrived at the Eiffel Tower, the representative there told us that we should go to the office and when we went to the tourist office they were closed and so we missed the attraction and didn't go on the cruise because we thought we should also go to the tourist office. We contacted the tickets service and told them what happened with us, they refused to give us the money back, nor did they try to help us move the time or the day, their service is on the face, does not recommend at all, there is no consideration and assistance, they claim that it is written in the regulations, but what can we do First time buying from them and this will be the last time! Be careful to buy from them, it's better to go and buy tickets yourself!
