Fabulous tour. Our tour guide was Carmen and she was the best. We got really clear earpiece headsets so we could all hear her clearly. She talked non-stop for almost 3 hours with excellent English...
Fabulous tour. Our tour guide was Carmen and she was the best. We got really clear earpiece headsets so we could all hear her clearly. She talked non-stop for almost 3 hours with excellent English and superb knowledge. She made the 3 hours so interesting and easy, answered all our questions, made sure we took in and understood all the important things, plus gave us a superb history lesson to put everything in context. You’ll be so lucky to get her. There was 12 in our group & she kept everything/everyone under control. Some guides are “point” guides that run from point to point and start talking when they get to their point and then leave before the group has even got there. You know the ones, frankly they’re completely disengaged, disinterested & they nor you end up wanting to be there. Carmen was the complete opposite. The tour started & finished exactly on time. Thank you Carmen, full marks 10/10 A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
