Validare i Ticket Express solo a un entrata! Se si valida in un’altra entrata si deve fare la fila… poi alla biglietteria ci mettono una vita e ti fanno aspettare… non sono organizzati per tante persone…

When you buy a ticket, you create the impression that you have everything under control, but in reality, you only have an intermediary contract with an ordinary local Italian tourist office, which does not even have your brand written on the door. When you ask them anything about Tickets, they rudely reply that they have nothing to do with you. Since we arrived by your instructions 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, they rudely sent us away and left us waiting for the sunshine for much longer than the scheduled time. I would not waste words about the bus. The guide was nowhere to be found. The only bright spot was the bus driver! With you never again!

Your offer is a simple stretch! When buying a ticket, you create the impression that, as EU citizens, you are purchasing a ticket with a discount. At the same time, you are selling us only your useless device - the "guide", which is only a burden. The problem is even bigger because you have to come to a specific entrance, far away from the parked car, where there is an ordinary local Italian bureau, which also has your brand written on the door. When you ask them anything about Tickets, they rudely agree that they have nothing to do with you and rudely dismiss you! They require a personal document for insurance, which is against EU regulations and personal data protection!!!!! Just when you think the worst is over and you have a ticket, the locals at the entrance to Pompeii put you in a regular line, where you wait for a long time, and then charge you an additional 16 EUR/person entrance fee. THERE IS NO MARK ANYWHERE FOR A SPECIFIC ENTRY FOR YOUR TYPE SKIPPING PROMISE. This is just a voucher, we had to wait in line to retrieve tickets just like everyone else, this did not save us any time or have any benefit at all. We followed all instructions and there was no “reserved entrance.”I expect you to give us our money back because you sold us a completely useless thing and got on our nerves greatly in anger and frustration.
