Good
Great experience only marred by tech difficulties which prevented us from watching the complete intro film or purchasing anything from the gift shop! (Staff were great, though)

Awesome! The Soul of Memphis music. Our Tours By Locals guide - Ringo accompanied us into the museum and his insightfulness on Memphis music was icing on the cake! Highly recommend

Excellent
Customer service was great. They opened on time and the tour was amazing. The facility was clean and the transition from room to room of the was a nice flow.
