This park is really really sad.. we visited monkey park and Loro Parque also while we were here and would recommend them far more. The animals did not look happy or well looked after as soon as we walked in the first animals were bald eagles which I understand can be aggressive but were chained to the shortest poles and it broke my heart to imagine their whole lives being chained to that one stand, maybe if you can’t provide a safe an enriching enclosure for animals they should not be in a zoo. The Tiqets booking process was super simple and great, but honestly if you want to visit a zoo monkey park is €10 which was much more fun and interactive or Loro Parque which is also available through Tiqets and a real animal conservation site

The park is just stunning and very clean! A luxurious garden with tropical plants! We enjoyed it more than Loro Parque! It is not crowded and the shows are spectacular! We didn’t apreciate that we had to stay in line even if we had online tickets and the guy at the entrance was rude when I asked what is the point of buying online tickets if We have to stay in line with those who didn’t. But I gave 5 stars because after we entered we loved it! We bought a sea Lion experience and it was perfect, we received wet suita, towels, they had changing rooms and showers after, the Trainers and staff where so nice and did Everything they Could to make this experience perfect! I didn’t like the fact that the experience of feeding animals was in the same time with the One with sea lions and we couldn’t do them Both. They Said that we can Pay and return the NexT day without having to Pay again the park ticket but we had something else planned the NexT day
