Yuasa Soy Sauce Factory Tickets

Yuasa Soy Sauce Factory is located in Yuasa, Japan, and is one of four remaining factories of its kind. At the height of production there were once 92 factories in Yuasa, which is regarded as the birthplace of soy sauce in Japan.

Yuasa Soy Sauce is known for its preservation of traditional soy sauce brewing techniques, which can be learned about on tours of the factory. Guests can stir the sauce with giant oars, just like the expert brewers of today and yesteryear. There's also the opportunity to taste the good stuff, which, unlike mass-produced soy sauces, is fermented for up to two years!
