The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee has approved the entry process for public places limited to vaccinated citizens, residents, and tourists, from Friday, 20 August 2021.
The approved process allows entry for those vaccinated, and with a green status on the Alhosn app, which appears after a negative PCR test result and remains for 30 days. Entry is also allowed for those exempted from vaccination with green status on the Alhosn app, which appears after a negative PCR test result and remains for seven days. Children under 16 years, whose status will appear as green on the Alhosn app without the requirement of a test, will also be allowed entry.
Unvaccinated individuals and those with grey status on Alhosn app, which reflects an expired PCR test, are prohibited from entering these public places.

Yas Waterworld is home to 43 rides, five of them world firsts. It’s 37 acres of wet, watery fun and the best way to cool off in the sun. Adrenaline junkies are served by the likes of Bubble’s Barrel, a high-intensity, looping waterside, and they'll also find the world’s largest surfable wave sheet (gnarly, bro!).
Chill-seekers are also catered to, with plenty of soothing smooth rides like the lazily winding Al Rava River. So whatever level of intensity you want your water activities, you'll find it here at Yas Waterworld.
