It's an early start for this full-day tour but your 6am pick-up comes with smiles and good company, and you can stop for a coffee on the 3.5 hour drive to the Grand Canyon.

Did you know that there are 1,000 caves in the mighty Grand Canyon, and less than 400 have been mapped or inventoried? We really don't know everything that's down there! Learn more fascinating facts from your guide, who's a real canyon expert, and spend three hours exploring an epic world of ancient cliff dwellings and petroglyphs.

Watch the mule riders plodding towards the river at Grand Canyon Village and grab some lunch in the food court, it's all included. Then it's off to explore the quaint uptown Sedona area. The local artwork might tempt you into some souvenir shopping, or you can get another history fix at the Sedona Heritage Museum.

On the way back, stop for snaps at some glorious red rock photo sites. The way the sun hits the rocky surfaces at times makes the colors so vivid, they have to be seen to be believed! This is the America time forgot.
