While the crew were great, friendly, and helpful. And due to the weather, you did give us an opportunity to change our cruise date. Allas the cover you described did little to protect iether my wife myself or many other people from becoming soaked from head to toe. The rain gear you said was available was not, as it turns out for environmental reasons. Shortly after casting of we were informed that the vivid display of sydney was cancelled on account of the weather, so from that point on all we were doing was chugging around a dark sydney harborgeting wetter and colder by the minute. Drinks were served, but one had to wait in the rain for service. The best part of the whole experience was 3½ hours on the way to the ship because 3½ hours going back to the central coast, we were soaked. We did this before a couple of years ago and had a great time. This time, the only thing that could have made things worse was to have hit an iceberg. So aside from a great crew, this was a sad, sad experience

Sydney's Taronga Zoo is a unique wildlife habitat for exotic wild animals from around the world. It's only a 12-minute ride from Circular Quay by ferry, and it offers up one of the most astounding views of Sydney Harbour that you'll find. Inside, there are over 4,000 animals to meet and a daily schedule of 20 keeper talks. Alongside visiting koalas, Sumatran tigers, giraffes, and plenty of others, you'll learn about the zoo's efforts to conserve wildlife, and its place as a home for rehabilitated endangered species.
