Kunsthistorisches Museum (KHM) features an extensive art collection that belonged to the once-mighty Habsburg family. It houses pieces by Caravaggio and Titian - and many other Renaissance and Baroque masterpieces. Located on the grounds of the imperial summer palace, Tiergarten Schönbrunn (Vienna Zoo) is the oldest zoo in the world - and yet still frequently voted one of the world's best. The zoo was founded as an imperial menagerie in 1752, by the then Holy Roman Emperor, Francis I. It was opened to the public in 1779. The Tiergarten has an amazing array of animals (more than 700 species in all).

The strange cuboid building in Vienna's fashionable Museumsquartier contains the most-visited museum in the city. The Leopold Museum has a remarkable collection of Viennese Art Nouveau, the Vienna Workshop, and of the Expressionist period. It also has the largest Egon Schiele collection in the world - plus masterpieces by Gustav Klimt.
There are also revolving exhibitions and a great shop and cafe (with a great view overlooking the Museumsquartier).

The Wiener Riesenrad, or Riesenrad, or Vienna's Giant Wheel as it's often called, is a tall Ferris wheel at the entrance to Prater amusement park in Leopoldstadt, Vienna. It is one of Vienna's most popular tourist attractions, and not to be missed for the views it offers over the city.

Located on Domgasse, the great composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart lived here from 1784 to 1787. This former residence is now a three-level exhibition on his life. It's in Vienna's Old Town, not far from St. Stephen's Cathedral.

Come and see the cream of Vienna's art scene at Kunst Haus Wien, the art museum with an eco-friendly twist (it was the first museum with the Austrian Ecolabel!). Founded by Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser in 1991, the museum houses the world's largest collection of his work, along with regular temporary exhibitions featuring the works of international artists.
Friedensreich Hundertwasser is widely considered to be one of the most important Austrian artists of the 20th century. His work is a vibrant mix of colors and hypnotic asymmetry, with an emphasis on nature, animism, and ecology – as well as architectural themes.
Hundertwasser's ecological commitment is seen across his vast oeuvre, which is part of the Kunst Haus Wien's permanent collection. With paintings, photography, lithographs, silkscreens, etchings, and more. For art lovers in Vienna, it's a must. The museum is an artistic treasure in itself.
There's also a regularly updated roster of temporary exhibitions ranging in theme and medium, many of which revolve around the ecological subject matter that Hundertwasser championed.

Excellent
Extraordinary experience. Suggest you to take your time in the museum and look at the exhibits in different angels. We had a great time and finished in the lovely cafe.
