The building itself was very interesting But I wouldn’t recommend to visit “21” if you don’t have enough time. You should give a priority to see/visit other places, in my opinion.

Baku Museum of Modern Art The free and open concept of the museum allows its visitors to get acquainted with the most diverse and unusual works.
