  • Meet your guide in front of Café Restaurant Residenz, Kavaliertrakt 52, 1130 Vienna
  • When approaching from the main gate through the courtyard, please stand to the left of the Café Restaurant door and DO NOT enter the restaurant as it is only the meeting point and staff is not informed about the tour
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. You will not be able to join the tour or receive a refund if your are late.

The guide didn’t show up until almost 15 minutes late because he went to another location. Some of the guests gave up and left on their own. There was not even a sign or something. His voice was...
The guide didn’t show up until almost 15 minutes late because he went to another location. Some of the guests gave up and left on their own. There was not even a sign or something. His voice was vague and low. We could have lost by him every time he moved to the next stopping site because he didn’t give a notice.
