We enjoyed visiting Doge Palace. Interesting history of Venice & stunning rooms. We could visit the prisons without any extra ticket. Online Booking with Tiqets went fine. No hidden extras. The ticket collection point was just a few meters from St Marks square. Good clear instructions sent by tour operator. Ticket office hut has limited opening times, so check the information sent carefully. It does explain that. I found out my 10am appointment time on the booking app, could actually be used to enter all day, which helped us. We had a great day.
