Terrible
It was advertised as usable from 9 o'clock onwards. Arriving there it turned out the ticket was only usable from 12 o'clock onward. I couldn't use that.

This was a great tour. We learned so much more than had we gone on our own. Highly recommend this company. You can spend hours at the palace - that’s not counting the Correr Museum. I suggest...
This was a great tour. We learned so much more than had we gone on our own. Highly recommend this company. You can spend hours at the palace - that’s not counting the Correr Museum. I suggest keeping a 1/2 open if you want to explore the palace on own+Correr+library. An amazing experience not to be missed!
