  • Show your smartphone ticket to the gondoliers at the meeting point: Campo Santo Stefano – SERVIZIO GONDOLE (coming from Rialto or Saint Mark's Square, keep the church of Santo Stefano and the statue at your back and you will see the gondoliers)
  • After the gondola ride, the gondolier will give you a map to reach the restaurant
  • For the Venetian lunch/dinner, show your smartphone ticket at the Ristorante Ai Coristi
  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

We received an email about two hours before our scheduled tour time asking us to come early. We made accommodations to arrive 30 minutes earlier than originally planned, but due to the late request we were late. This caused our gondola ride to only be 20 minutes long. It was a wonderful ride, but wish we would have got what we paid for. Luckily the restaurant was amazing and had good food and good service.
