Enter the iconic Palazzo Ducale and uncover the history and culture of the City of Masks. Inside, you'll find fantastically ornate rooms decorated by artists, including Persian carpets, liturgical vestments, illuminated manuscripts and more!
- Go to the Venice Tours Assistance Point and show your smartphone voucher to collect your paper tickets
- You must take your gondola tour at 16:00. Keep in mind you need to arrive 15 minutes before start
- The Venice Tours Assistance Point is a grey newsstand situated between the Fendi boutique and the Poste Italiane with the signboard “Gondola Tour”
- Show your ticket at the entrance of the Palazzo Ducale (last admission: 30 minutes before closing)
- For Grand Canal ACTV Vaporetto tour, you must take boat #1 from the San Zaccaria or Piazzale Roma stop

Need clearer instructions on where to turn in sheet to get tickets. Need clearer instructions on where to meet for gondola ride. Only in the gondola very short time.
