There was a very helpful man working at the location in San Marco but our good experience ended there. We ended up not being able to use the service at all and took water taxi from San Marco. Once on Murano there were no clear directions on where to catch the boat back and no one around that could help us. We ran along all of the dock areas only to end up buying ferry tickets back. I reached out to the company immediately in hopes for a refund with no luck. I would not recommend.
