Excellent tour, no waiting. Our guide was very knowledgeable but didn’t overload us with information. Lots of interesting facts

Terrible
It was advertised as usable from 9 o'clock onwards. Arriving there it turned out the ticket was only usable from 12 o'clock onward. I couldn't use that.
