Terrible

I was never able to get the pass printed therefore I could not use the metro. A total waste of money. And no refunds. Went to Metro ticket station at Termini Roma and they told me that they...

I was never able to get the pass printed therefore I could not use the metro. A total waste of money. And no refunds. Went to Metro ticket station at Termini Roma and they told me that they couldn’t help me. Ended up buying a 24 hour pass for 7 Euros. Much cheaper and easier to buy directly from Metro
