Extremely helpful staff made the visit as enjoyable as possible. From help with our tickets, to leading us to a lift as one was out of order, and directions to particular items of interest

Uffizi Gallery great! There is so much to see—make sure you leave plenty of time to visit each room (3 or 4 hours if you love art as much as we do)!
