Terrible
Because you sell tickets for two attractions which cannot be sold together, then your customer service is useless and does not help and one has to sort everything out alone

Meeting point easy to find. The host guided us to enter palace+harem es planned. The audio guide to download was a great help to understand this historical place.

Great places, which you have to see. There was a little problem with these double tickets, as we were at first in Topkapi and didnt recieve any QR codes/tickets for Hagia Sophia till I was at Ticqets
