Overview

Highlights

  • Secure your ticket to a postmodern and nonverbal take on traditional Japanese theater at the sacred Kanda Myōjin shrine
  • Be blown away by lavish costumes, passionate showmanship, sword fights, and more as you delve into Japanese folklore
  • Opt for dinner at your table as you take in the performance, including staple Japanese dishes and a wide range of drinks

Description

When you think of Japan, you think of tradition – and what says Nippon tradition better than a samurai show at a sacred shrine?

The Show is a nonverbal performance – language is no barrier here. Costumed actors play out tales of history, love, and even murder, with samurai sword fighting thrown in. While you enjoy the all-dancing spectacle, other traditions are represented too, like food! Choose from full local menus or lighter options, as Japanese culture takes center stage.
