Absolutely perfect way to see Budapest. Added bonus of a free walking tour and a boat ride. So worth the money - would highly recommend.

The staff were nice. Unfortunately, the real-time tracking of the app did not work. So you had to wait until the bus came by, sometimes 45 minutes, because the bus was stuck in a traffic jam.

We bought tickets for Big Bus company and waited for 20 minutes for the bus. Evidently you can use City Sightseeing busses as well but nobody informed us about it. On the certain stop all...
We bought tickets for Big Bus company and waited for 20 minutes for the bus. Evidently you can use City Sightseeing busses as well but nobody informed us about it. On the certain stop all passengers were asked to step out and switch for a bus. So, the organization is a bit chaotic but the rest was ok. We enjoyed beautiful Budapest and also used a boat trip option.
