• Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower rooftop (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 18:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77 x 106 x 130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65 x 111 x 137 cm) will be used instead
• Pick-up audioguide place and time : Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 12.30pm to 4pm at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral. Return of devices within 6pm to the Groups Ticket Office. Beyond these times, the rental service is always active at the Groups Ticket Office, on the right side of the Cathedral. To rent the audio guide, an identity document is required as a security deposit.
