Scaling the off-road bush trail in a modern vehicle, time is made for you to gaze out at the Gold Coast lights down below and the star-peppered night sky. Then, after you've treated your sweet tooth to some tasty dessert at a cosy cafe en route, you'll make your way on foot into the bush.

Torches at the ready, your friendly expert guide will do their best to point your small group in the direction of notable flora and elusive nocturnal fauna, like geckos, giant crickets, snails, frogs, bats, spiders and, of course – the stars of the forest – glow worms.
