Steps to redeem the eSIM voucher:

  • 1st step: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an eSIM voucher code
  • 2nd step: Create an account on the Airalo website or app
  • 3rd step: Click 'Airmoney and Membership' in the top right-hand corner
  • 4th step: Enter your voucher code in the 'Redeem Voucher' field
  • 5th step: The eSIM purchased will be added to your account
  • 6th step: You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking 'View My eSIMs'
  • Get a full refund if you select a refundable ticket during checkout and cancel until 23:59 the day before you visit.
  • Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.
