• Bookings with INFINITY must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure wheelchair accessibility
• Entry will not be permitted if you have consumed alcohol or drugs
• This experience is not recommended for children under 8 or anyone fearing darkness, confined spaces, or illusions of height and depth. If you or your child may be adversely affected, we advise against entering. Alternatively, you can purchase a glow stick at entry for additional comfort
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or carer who assumes responsibility for their care, safety, and behavior
• Prams and backpack carriers for children are not permitted. Babies in forward-facing slings may be admitted at the parent's own risk. However, we do not recommend entry with babies or toddlers. Children must be able to walk through the experience unassisted
