I am cancelling my order due to Covid-19. Can I get a refund?

We understand that many of you have been forced to rethink your plans due to the ongoing pandemic, and we provide refunds whenever possible. Refunds will be granted if:

  • You purchased a ticket with the free cancellation option included (full refund) 

  • The policy of the venue you’re visiting allows cancellation

You can cancel your tickets using our app (available for iOS and Android). Simply enter your ticket details via the Wallet tab and click on ‘Cancel your order’.

It’s also possible to cancel your ticket via the order cancellation page. To get there, you’ll need to click on 'Manage your booking' in the booking confirmation email.
