Massless Clouds Immersive Experience Guidelines

• A separate admission ticket is required for access.
• Complimentary ponchos, shoe coverings, goggles, and masks are available upon request to protect your clothing and body.
• While the liquid solution used to make the cloud structures is organic and non-toxic and closely resembles soap, please avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth. If contact occurs, it may cause irritation. Do not rub your eyes; immediately rinse with lukewarm water.
• Depending on the type of material like satin or silk, it may leave stains on your clothes.
• Please do not run inside the installation.
• Children under 48 inches/under the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult

• Getting there: Save time and money on parking by taking the FREE Metromover! Parking in Downtown Miami might be limited during peak times. We recommend using the Metromover to get to us by getting off at the Museum Park station (1191 Biscayne Blvd.), just steps away from the museum
• The following items are prohibited: e-cigarettes, illegal drugs, alcohol, wheel-heeled sneakers, weapons of any kind, tripods, pets (apart from service animals), amplified music and selfie sticks
• Paid self-parking available in the museum garage during museum hours (space is limited). Onsite parking available for a $18 flat rate
