Exactly 333 years after its short time above water it was successfully raised, then preserved and restored by Swedish divers and scientists.
The Vasa Museum – on the island of Djurgården in Stockholm – displays the world’s only intact 17th-century warship. This unique experience will excite everyone from amateur historians to daydreaming little ones.
