The Stanserhorn is a 1,900-meter-high mountain in Switzerland, famous for its historic funicular railway and record-breaking cable car.

People have have been scaling Stanserhorn in crowds since the world's longest funicular opened in 1893. The funicular remains, providing the first leg of the summit journey, before visitors board the world's first open-air cable car. The CabriO Stanserhorn Cable Car allows visitors to scale the mountain in the open air while taking in mesmerizing views of the Alps.
